TitleCo Title will work directly with your lender to provide all of the required documents to satisfy the lender's underwriting needs and will take the necessary steps to acquire all of the payoffs for any liens that are attached to the property.  When the underwriter provides the all important "Clear to Close", we will work within your schedule to facilitate the closing of the transaction by meeting with you at the time and location that works best for you.
