Kim Greco, President
Kim founded TitleCo over twenty years ago. She knows the demands of being an independent business owner and is no stranger to working weekends and late at night in order to meet her client’s sometimes impossible deadlines. Kim has established non-profit organizations to help unfortunate people and animals. She turned her Medina farm into a personal petting zoo, featuring many different animals. Meet Frank, a box turtle, that lives in Kim’s office!
Brittney Thellmann-Coyne, Vice President
Brittney has been the TitleCo "servicing specialist" since 2008, catering to all client needs. She is the one to contact with any questions you may have. Brittney is the mother of two small children, but still finds time to assist Kim with running her non-profit organizations.
John “Don” Burrie, Service Department Manager
After over thirty years in the industry, Don is TitleCo's walking encyclopedia. Don is also an avid fisherman, so when he's not notarizing closings and trouble-shooting any problems that may arise, he's fishing local ponds, lakes, and rivers, angling for the trophy catch.
