Kim Greco, President
Kim, besides being a licensed Title Officer, is the managing head of our
company, and is always on call for any questions that you may have. Her vast
experience in the title and mortgage industry, along with her expertise in
escrow transactions, makes her the person to call.
Natalie Minadeo, Vice-President
Natalie is in charge of disbursing all of the checks in the transactions,
whether a purchase or a refinance. Escrow releases are also a normal part of
her day. Natalie also prepares settlement statements and is capable of handling
any questions you may have. Her experience in the title industry also makes her
very capable in handling title orders, typing commitments, and other office
duties.
Chrissy Balentine, Service Department
Chrissy is our data entry individual that inputs all title orders, types
commitments, requests payoffs, vom's, and does final policies. She assists all
office staff members on their day to day duties. She will also be able to
assist you with general title questions.
